What is your exchange/return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase from our store. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and free of damage.
- You must provide proof of purchase and a valid reason for the return.
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs and we do not provide a return label.
- Shipping fees are not refundable unless the product is defective or we made a mistake in your order.
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional shipping fees.

How to care for my glassware?
We recommend that you wash our products by hand in warm water with mild soap. Use a soft sponge or cloth. Rinse well to remove any residue. Towel Dry.
